10-Week Challenge | March 15- May 24

There are less than 100 days to go until Memorial Day! The new 10 Week Challenge kicks off Wednesday March 15th to May 24th at CKO Upper East Side. CKO's 10 Weeks to your ultimate body challenge is an ALL IN ONE fitness program that includes: 

  • Unlimited fitness kickboxing classes 

  • Small group circuit training once a week on Saturdays 1:30 pm (45 min sessions) 

  • Alternative sessions or make up sessions: 8:15 am bodyweight classes on Mondays and Wednesdays (30 minute sessions) 

  • One session per week among the three listed above is included in the price of the program (Additional body weight classes can be attended at $10/class) 

 

  • Nutrition coaching and guidance/feedback throughout the 10 weeks of the program 

  • Initial nutritional guidance will be provided at the start based on current diet and eating habits 

  • Each week, participant will be tracking all food and drink intake each week and provide it back to us for analysis and feedback. Feedback will be provided after 24 hrs 

  • Body fat analysis and weight tracking 

  • Measured at the start of the challenge and subsequently on a weekly basis
